We’re sisters, Erin and Amelia, qualified personal trainers passionate about simple strength training for women over 40.
With us, just push play on a workout and we’ll guide you every step. We’re here to answer your questions, cheer you on and help you reach your goals.
And we’re proud to be joined by our mum, Lesley, a retired nurse whose health and wellness background brings even more care and insight to the Simple Strength community.
