This is a really exciting time when you know how great strength training and being stronger makes you feel, and so finding time for a workout becomes easier! Science agrees, our minds are drawn to repeat what brings us joy! It’s also time to really cement the habit you have been creating as no matter what fads and silver bullets suggest, exercise results are only achievable with a little dose of dedication! Think about your why?! Why did you start this journey? Have your goals changed? What has surprised you?
Celebrate by taking a moment to reflect on all you have achieved, being a role model for your family and friends, feeling positive and super proud!
In 3-6 months:
Feel your consistency and dedicated efforts pay off with changes in your muscle strength and tone, overall fitness and possibly body composition. Over time improvements may be felt in your flexibility and joint mobility too. Discover many surprising gains along the way unique to you, including the first time someone asks you “what you are doing to look so fit?!”
